mike thinks that buy is better than: rent because: there are formulas to calculate what makes more sense financially, however, I would alwas rather own, unless I know I will move soon. I like the fact that you can do home improvements and make your place really yours.

mike thinks that BMW M3 is better than: Audi S4 because: I hear that S4 is faster, but M3 is more fun to drive. At least this was the case at the Fifth Gear drive test I saw a while back. But they tune up thes cars every year so this may not be the case any more. I would probably still go with the M3 in the end.
